A full day of shopping doesn't walk home. We pull up to the door and the driver helps you load, so you're not hauling bags across the lot.
Holiday parking
From Black Friday through Christmas the lot fills by mid-morning. A cab drops you at the entrance and skips the circling entirely.
Students without cars
Notre Dame, Saint Mary's and Holy Cross students shop here constantly. The $5 student rate applies to local rides.
Winter weather
Michiana snow makes the walk from a far parking space genuinely unpleasant. Door to door is worth the fare in January.
Getting picked up
Tell us which entrance. University Park is big. Naming the anchor store or the entrance you're at saves everyone a lap of the building.
Call when you're ready, not before. No need to book a return in advance for a local trip — ring the dispatch line when you've finished and we'll come.
Book ahead in December. Holiday weekends get busy across the whole region, so a little notice helps.
Room for what you bought. Sedans, SUVs and shuttle vans, so a big haul or a group is no problem.
Card payment in the vehicle. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, chip and contactless. No need to find an ATM.
