Booking and payment
Call or book online. Same-day rides are usually fine on the phone. For airport runs and game weekends, give us 24 hours where you can.
Fares are published. Metered locally, flat rate to the airports, no surge pricing. Everything is on the rates page.
Pay however suits you. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, debit, chip and contactless. Every vehicle has a card terminal.
The right vehicle for the trip. Sedans, SUVs and shuttle vans, plus assistance for passengers with mobility needs and space for luggage.
Accounts available. Businesses, care facilities and regular commuters can be set up on monthly billing rather than paying per ride.

United Cab has run in South Bend since 2006. Licensed, commercially insured, background-checked drivers, and vehicles inspected on a schedule. We drive carefully in Michiana winters rather than making up time on the ice.
Special rates apply for Notre Dame students and seniors, and children under 12 ride free with a paying adult.
